Chapter 57. Cornered by the Past
When she opened the door, Wilson was standing at the entrance of the room. Her heart sank immediately.
“Wilson?” Amanda stammered, her voice quivering. “That can’t be.”
“Well it is,” Wilson responded, chuckling.
“How the hell did you get in here?” You..” Amanda was lost for words. She couldn’t believe he had come to her room unannounced and without Rowan seeing him”
“This is my brother’s house, remember,” Wilson replied. “And I believe the best thing for you right now is to let me in, else..”
“Else.. What?” Amanda snapped.
He pushed past her, entering the room without another word. Amanda’s eyes widened in surprise, and she quickly turned to him, her back against the opened door.
“What are you doing Wilson? I am going to call your brother” Amanda yelled softly, more like a whisper.
“Good idea. But if I were you, I would close that door first.” Wilson said. He was already sitting on the couch, making himself comfortable.
