Badass Side

Adira and Prince Dylan slept on the sofa in Simon's room. Adira never returned to the other room because she was fine.

A few moments later, Adira woke up because her stomach was making noise. She got up and held her stomach while still closing her eyes as if she were still sleepy.

"I forgot about Dylan, and I didn't eat last night." She looked where Dylan was, and he was still asleep. "I have to go out and buy food."

She saw Simon awake too. "Simon, I'm going out for a moment. I'm just going to the supermarket to buy food for me and Dylan. We can't eat what the hospital provides for you." Simon nodded.

While Adira was fixing her hair, Prince Dylan woke up and looked around, wondering why Adira was fixing it. "Where are you going?" he asked in a newly awakened voice.

"You stay here; I'll just buy some food outside."

Dylan stood up quickly and came to her. "I'll go with you."
