I texted Alpha Dean to tell him that we can meet. I was unsure about this, but I wanted to make things clear to him. I found him at the place we usually met near the boulders. His back was turned to me when I arrived, but I saw his shoulders tense up when he sensed me and turned around. He was relieved to see me, but I frowned when I took him in. He had dark circles under his eyes, and his beard had grown. What happened to him?
