Chapter 19

She opened her mouth as she continued to gasp for breathe while still holding on to the dagger that was in her stomach.

“Just stay strong Kathryn, you can do it. Don’t close your eyes, please “ he told her as he weakly carried her in his arms, trying to take her away from there.

He looked back, contemplating on whether to take her back to the house they were leaving or taking her to the city hospital.

The city hospital was farther so he made a decision, he was going to take her back to the house but then on turning to the direction of the house, he realized or rather remebered something. He remembered that the first time they had come to the house, there was a secret password.

“Don’t worry Kathryn, i promise you’ll be fine” he told her as he carried her in his arms, on their way to the hospital. He had to save her!

Luckily, by the time they’d gotten to an intersection, a car was already waiting for them and the driver had gotten out.
