Mason’s POV

Well, I’m a little farther ahead now. I have descriptions of the two werewolves. One is a female with long red hair and the other one is a male with short, dark brown hair. Well, I really don’t need the description because I can smell them. However, I don’t know which one is my mate. I think I will have to see them face to face.

Unfortunately, when I have asked Ford about his mate’s pull when Bridget was at the pack house, he says that he was pulled towards her even before he saw her. But that isn’t what is happening to me. Yes, the scent of that alluring coffee is beckoning me to follow, but I’m not being pulled.

There is something wrong. I can just feel it.
