Chapter 26. An Incredible Luna

“I believe in Garrett. He’s not like that,” Lily said this stubbornly.

“Then, I will come and see for myself,” Tiffany stated.

“What are you talking about?” Lily asked. “You can’t come back yet. You need to enjoy the break with your family.”

“Not now, silly. I will be spending the New Year with you. I will see for myself if this Garrett is worthy of you,” Tiffany answered. “And anyway, I have an interview with O.H. Group.”

“That’s amazing. I’m going to go now. I am decorating,” Lily said.

“Look at you being a homemaker already,” Tiffany teased.

“Stop it,” Lily laughed.

“Okay, bye. Make sure to answer your phone from now on!” Tiffany stated before hanging up.

Lily chewed over Tiffany’s words. Perhaps there was some truth to it. She could show him more appreciation than what she was already doing.

“No. I will not be coming back to your home,” Garrett said firmly, looking at his father in his office. “Your home isn’t safe.”
