Fiona's POV: 

I did a little catching up with Thomas but was still unconvinced by all he told me. 

It left me unsettled for a long time and throughout the night. 

"I hope Thomas is not trying to do something stupid," I told myself. 

"I wonder if Mother is in a good condition," I thought. 

"I would have to keep a close eye on Thomas. There is something suspicious," I said to myself.

"How was it?" Father asked me.

"Fiona, how was her first day at work?" He asked again.
