James' POV: 

"Why would you take pride in being called a 'ladies man'? Does that not sound like being a slave to you? By common sense, it means you are being controlled by not only one lady, but many. How would anyone like that?" she had asked.

Eleanor laughed so hard and loud that day. Never has my pride been this questioned and punctured. I was boiling inside and had quietly left the place before I would embarrass myself any further.
