“Sir, our best scientists performed this test on your request, this is just the truth. Kyran's DNA does not match yours in any way.” The doctor continued, pissing Augustus off even more. 

“Just! Just shut up!” He screamed and stormed out of the office.

Augustus instantly entered a state of shock and depression. He couldn't come to terms with the fact that his hope had been crushed. He really wanted Kyran to be his heir, he was hoping that he was, but now that had been snatched from him.

Lucy, on the other hand, was overjoyed. She was so happy that she wouldn't be losing her son to that monster called Augustus. At least, he would leave them alone for the meantime. She thanked the doctor before going back home with her baby.
