Chapter 195

Hours had passed as the morning became afternoon. The sun was mild with a cool wind that blew lightly against the trees. 

Lucy wore a bright flowing Yellow gown as she headed for Kyrans room. She knocked lightly as she could hear the sound of machines churning from the room.

“You can come in” Kyran yelled from within the room.

His voice was louder than the noise as he could be heard. Lucy pushed the door softly. It revealed lots of paper on the floor. Kyran was on the floor deeply engrossed with his calculation and invention. 

“Kyran what's going on. What are you inventing this time?” Lucy asked as she avoided the tiny parts littered across the room.

“Hi mummy, it's just a little machine. I can't seem to get a calculation right and I need privacy” Kyran spoke.
