Chapter 253

Cage closed his eyes as he thought about the story. No way was he any missing baby. He may have just had the same necklace with the baby. They were overthinking things, but anyways they had a mission to prove it first. 

He leaned his head backwards as he let the sleep elude him.

“Where did you learn how to fish?” McQueen asked Mira.

“Hmm, it was with my friends. After I left the orphanage during my pick pocketing days before the mafia. My friends went swimming and they fished too. We were a group of kids with no family except for ourselves” Mira said.

McQueen nodded sadly.

“It must have been tough, I'm sorry you had to go through all of that” McQueen said.

“It's fine, I'm okay now” Mira said.

“Yes, you have a safe family now” McQueen said.

“Where are they?” Mira asked as she paused the fish cutting she was doing.

“Here, Cage and I. Your new family” McQueen said smiling.

Mira laughed loudly as she resumed with the fish.
