Chapter 66. Rewrite the Stars

“So… is this how you are now?” Kiara angrily questioned Trevor as he entered their room.

It was already 9 PM, and he had been out since 10 AM. Despite Kiara’s texts and calls, Trevor didn’t respond. But even though Kiara was angry, her voice remained soft and gentle, not wanting to wake up Jilliane or her parents in the adjacent room who were probably already asleep.

“Why, Kiara? Did you hear any complaints from me about your conversations and reconciliations with that damn Paulo?” Trevor asked through gritted teeth. His statement left Kiara speechless, and even if she had responded, Trevor had no intention of listening.

“I’ll just sleep in the living room…” Trevor said as he grabbed a pillow. With that, he left the room emotionlessly and went downstairs to the living room.
