Chapter 148
I place my boarding pass in my purse and I flip my hair as I walk toward them. I normally don’t suffer from anxiety attacks, I rarely have them, but I can feel the anxiety filling up my entire body with each step.
When I have finally neared them, I sit a couple of seats away from them. Jen is the first to wake up from her seat and approach me. I watch her as she walks toward me, her hair looks shorter than the last time I saw her. It kind of looks good on her.
“What are you doing here?” She asks me when she is standing in front of me.
“You’re not that dumb, what do people do at airports?” I say in a snarky tone and I can see that it affects her, for she is clenching her jaw.
