Chapter 11. Conservative Choice of Clothes

Jane received a call from Bruce saying he was outside the school waiting for her, she said goodbye to Brock, smiling, and ran out.

Ivy stared at her with a questioning look as she hurried off. “What’s the matter, Jane?”

“My husband’s Aide is here to pick me up!”, she called over her shoulder, not reducing her speed in the slightest.

Ivy watched her leave with a smile plastered over her face and heaved a resigned sigh as she glanced at Brock who was staring at her friend’s back as she left.

Jane was ethereally beautiful, but when it came to matters of the heart, love, she lacked awareness. It made no matter that she was oblivious to Brock’s feelings towards her because her heart must have been moved by the health status of the Young Master she had married.

Still, that man wouldn’t be around for much longer and who really knows what would happen after he left…
