Ethan stood in stunned silence as the gravity of her words weighed on him.

“Divorce?! Absolutely not. Jane please, just listen to me for a minute, ok? I didn't do it without reason.”

“I honestly do not care what your reasons were. I am way past caring. Do you know what I went through because of you?!”

The rest of the guards stood in stunned silence and gaping looks. The Young Madam really asked for a divorce?

Arnold had on a wry smile as he looked down at his hands. He may find his Young Master annoying but he certainly did not want him to go back to being unhappy.

Bruce stepped away from the rest and called Ivy, he knew she was the only one Jane would trust enough to leave with.

“You better have a damn good reason for calling me at this particular moment because I plan to have your hide when I see you.”

Ivy spat as soon as she picked up, her voice dripping with venom and he had no doubts that she would make good on that promise.
