Book 2: Coming Back Home

I haven’t been back to Moon Grove in months. Ever since my father tried to sell off Lola to Kane as a feeder, I’ve been staying in Crimson Peak. I haven’t had the chance to return as I’m dealing with an unexpected pregnancy and trying to be there for Kane. Coit has been ruling the pack in my absence while keeping me updated on everything going on back home over the phone.

Kane and I talk about whether he should come with me or not but we ultimately decide that it would be better if I talk to the other Alphas alone. Rainer and my mother are coming with me for support. My mother will be accompanying me for the trip, but Rainer will be dropping us off before heading back to Crimson Peak.

I haven’t had the chance to talk to most of the Alphas of the other packs since I became an Alpha, and I’m not sure how they will respond to me. I know that quite a few of them detest my father.
