"Okay, number one rule: Never anger a Queen, or she'll kick your ass with her newfound wind ability," I chuckled.
The crowd laughed, and Matias smiled.
"Yeah, same goes for the King. So I guess I can control the Earth, and you can control the wind. I'm sorry for being a sexist pig. Show's over, people. I met my match," Matias said.
Tommy, Lucas, and Andrew tried to hide their laughter, but Matias's growl only made them laugh more. I realized I needed to learn to channel my emotions better, or I might end up hurting someone.
Feeling scared, I didn't notice Matias stepping close to me and pulling me into a hug. The crown was now gone, leaving us alone. He buried his face in my neck and took a deep breath.
"Calm down. You won't hurt anyone, and you have nothing to be scared of. I apologize for being an ass. My pride got in the way. You beat me fair and square," Matias said.
"It's fine, Matias. I shouldn't have gotten that angry.
