Chapter 233. What We Should Do

“Where should… where should we start with the planning?” I asked Asher, pouting.

We were both sitting cross-legged at the foot of my bed, with two pad papers in front of us, where we listed all the important events that happened in our first life after I returned to the past and lived as Kara… as myself in my first life.

It was already the 26th of December, and Asher was supposed to be working, but since he knew he wouldn’t be able to focus with everything on his mind, he decided to take a sick leave again. It worked out because he had a cold, so he called his head nurse and didn’t have to make up any other excuse. He just lied a little about having a fever, though, to make sure he wouldn’t be asked to come in.

“I think… it would be good if we change even a small detail… for the butterfly effect. One small change could lead to a big one. So… we should reread everything we’ve listed. I’ll start by reading my list, and then we should exchange them. F
