The group gathered for their usual dinner, sharing a meal in silence, which had become an awkward tradition. Observing this, Shane spoke up and offered to take care of the dishes. Yana, however, refused and insisted that Shane go to her room instead.

Yana placed the dishes in the sink, to which Shane expressed her gratitude, stating that it was her way of thanking both of them for letting him join them.

Yana eventually agreed to let Shane do the dishes. Meanwhile, John returned to his room.

As Shane began washing the dishes, she curiously asked Yana, "Don’t you and John usually sleep together?"
