"What happened to her?" Ken anxiously asked upon picking up the call.

"I don’t know either. She was talking on her phone, and then she just abruptly ran off," Ethan explained. "I am just going to text you the address," he added, ending the call promptly.

The cab came to a halt in front of a hospital, and Yana rushed inside the building. Ethan paid the fare and swiftly exited the cab, following her into the hospital. He texted Ken the name of the hospital, keeping him informed of their location.

Yana stopped in front of the Emergency Room, where Ethan saw a girl embracing her while bursting into tears. As he approached them, a doctor emerged from the room, wearing a hesitant expression on his face.

"I’m sorry, we did the best we could, but..." the doctor’s voice trailed off, conveying the unfortunate outcome. The girl tightly holding onto Yana responded with inconsolable wailing.

"Yana!" another familiar
