Chapter 75

"Mother.. I promise. I'll take you away from him." Promised 17 years old Christian to his mother because he is getting tired of hearing these pleas that take his life out of him painfully.

He wants to help his mother but he can't, he knows he is not capable enough to do anything, all he can do is to make empty promises and give consolation to his mother.

Just for his mother, to do something for her and take her away from the frights and pain, he joined the dark side at the age of 17 but never told her about it. Eleanor kissed his forehead and smiled but said nothing.

"Aunt!" 9 year old Sophie shouted and jumped into her arms. Sophie eyes shine in happiness as she hugged her tightly,
