Chapter 198. Alexander and Mason

Hunter’s POV

‘I miss her,’ Holden sighed as I took another sip of my beer.

‘We will see her soon,’ I told him. ‘Stop whining and focus.’

‘It’s hard,’ Holden mumbled. ‘I miss her.’

I rolled my eyes and ignored him. I didn’t need him to tell me how much he missed her. I knew that and I needed to focus on something else before I ran back to her.

I looked up at Alexander and Mason. Both of them were sipping their beers and glancing around the diner. Hayden, Danny, and Mike left about half an hour ago. I was a little bit nervous when they left. The conversation was easy when they were here. They asked me about taking over the pack and we talked about video games and sports. It was easy to talk to them and I was glad I got to get to know them a little bit better. Mike was a goofy guy and I knew that we would get along great. Hayden was going to be a great Alpha. He was kind, smart, and calm. Danny was a smart young man who would be a great warrior one
