Chapter 10. I Love You
Avita entered the complex with mixed feelings, greeting her neighbors halfheartedly as she made her way to Block B, where her apartment was located.
Patrick's car hadn't come yet, which was understandable given that she had spoken with him earlier when she got to the airport and he was still on the road and on his way back. The flat had not been cleaned in a long time, so Avita began cleaning, which distracted her from what Lucilla had said to her.
