Amelia's POV

"Hi", I heard Joanna's voice from behind me and I sniffed as I looked all around this dusty room.

"Hi", I heard William's low but very deep voice from behind me as well and I fought the tears as they threatened to fall again.

"I am going to leave you two", Joanna said and I quickly blinked away the tears.

"Thanks", was all William reply with before Joanna's clicking heels sound followed.

The room became really quiet after that and I heard William's footsteps coming toward me.

"Hi", he said to me as he stood in front of me, not taking his seat and I gulped.

"I saw you walk into this room with Joanna", he said again and I looked up at him.

"What do you have to say, William?", I asked sharply.

"We need to talk", William said and I looked up at him.
