The cemetery was blanketed in a serene stillness as Elera made her way to Alex’s tombstone. The sun’s golden rays cast a gentle glow on the landscape, adding a touch of warmth to the somber atmosphere. The air carried a faint scent of freshly cut grass and the sweet fragrance of flowers.
With a heavy heart, Elera knelt before the grave, her fingers lightly tracing the engraved letters of his name. Tears welled up in her eyes, silently cascading down her cheeks as memories flooded her mind. She whispered his name, her voice filled with a mixture of sorrow and longing.
