"You didn't serve me that much syrup," Via says as she pops a blueberry into her mouth.

"You don't need more sugar," Sebastian says as he hands her a plate of eggs with bacon and seasoned red potatoes.

"What am I, five?" she sarcastically says, reaching for the syrup bottle. "You guys act twice your age." She rolls her eyes. "I'm dating older men than my own dad."

"Fine, have at it," Nathaniel says, narrowing his eyes at her, then shaking his head. "Brat."

Via looks up at him and gasps. "You take that back!" she demands, grabbing a red potato. "Or else." She narrows her eyes at him.
