Chapter 51

Jessy's POV

I came home as if I was carried by clouds.

Not even the fact that I am now always accompanied by four security guards took away the peace I received at Hazz's house. Not even facing the cold night to enter the house, after having had my body so warmed to the touch of that man, it irritated me enough. I had a smile from ear to ear, even humming, when I crossed the room and came across all my sisters sitting and with tired expressions on my face. The first to notice me was Joana, who immediately jumped out of the chair and came towards me.

My other three sisters piled up together, looking at me with all the expectation of the world. I was used to living with them, so I didn't always pay much attention when they stopped everything so they could pay attention to me. I had confessed to Hazz that being the older sister had given me a responsibility that I didn't want, and that I would give to another without the slightest regret, but they were amazing women.
