Chapter 37
Shravan took in deep breaths trying to control himself, but finally lost the battle with himself after fifteen minutes of watching Drishti.
“Drishti,” he called out.
“Yes?” She asked without looking up from piling her clothes into the suitcase.
“For heaven’s sake, stop it. They are new. Why are you crumbling them like that,” Shravan snapped making Drishti startled.
“What? Why are you angry? What did I do?” Drishti asked in confusion.
Shravan again took in deep breaths and pasted a smile on his face.
“Why don’t you go and pour us both a glass of juice. You bought many today, didn’t you. I will manage the packing,” Shravan said.
Drishti bestowed a heart blinding smile at him and hugged him tight.
“Thank you so much. I’m a mess at packing. At home Maa does it for me.” Drishti said and gave him a loud kiss on his cheek and ran to the kitchen to get the juices.
Shravan shook his head and get on with the packing.
