Artemisia POV

I’m still feeling wobbly on my feet as I watch the Omegas carry my things out of my quarters.

Sighing deeply, I have just accepted my fate and even if my body is revolting against it, I guess that, as a Beta Female, it's only reasonable to stay in the Beta’s quarters.

I have also decided against speaking to Cayden as I didn’t want to be the usual crybaby. I guess that as soon as Logan has me by his side, he'll calm down a bit and get rid of this possessive behavior.

Maybe he needs a night alone with me. He's just like Fynn and wants to get even, so I should grant him just that.

“What is happening here?” A deep voice thunders through my quarters, making an Omega drop the stuff she was carrying right next to me.
