Jacob's POV

"You mean.. wolves' blood is the reason why this forest is alive?" Ben questioned. Looking everywhere to sink in everything. The others are still in both shock, awe and terror. And neither am I. This is just ain’t not your everyday sightseeing spots.

"Maybe. I am also not sure about it," I answered Ben’s query while still in deep thought.

All of us memorized the paths that we should be taking. Sinking and drilling into our brains all of the confusing patterns and rhythms. Trying to understand and rationalize.

"Let's not hurry. If we fall here, we will surely die," I reminded them, and they all agreed. My paws were about to take a step to lead the way, but the ground pulled us away from that place before we could ever make our move.
