Book 2: Chapter 38

I awoke slowly wrapped tightly in a familiar set of arms and legs. I snuggled deeper not really wanting to be awake yet. A few urgent needs that required addressing pressed in on me, the top of which was the fact I was sweating fiercely.

I moved slightly away trying to get some breathing room from the men when I realized I was missing one of my Masters. I peeked an eye open to see where he had gone to only to find him in the far corner talking on his cellphone. His jean pants hung low on his hips, still slightly undone and he had not bothered putting a shirt back on.

I used the opportunity to ogle him as he stood with his back to me.

“Alright, we’ll see you then. No, I promise I’ll have her back in just a few days, we just need more time with her. Apparently, we went about this all ass-backward,” Jack said so softly I barely heard him.
