“I think she needs to learn the valuable lesson of being quiet,” said Jordan thoughtfully.

Jack looked just as thoughtful for a moment and then nodded in agreement.

“Good idea. Elizabeth, no matter what we do to you, you may not make a sound. If you do, you will receive one swat each time, do you understand me?” Jack demanded.

His tone was reasonable, but his words were insane. Not make a sound no matter what? I could hardly stay quiet during a movie much less whatever viciously cruel pleasure they had in mind. I could tell by the twinkle in their eyes that it was going to be outright torture whatever they were thinking up.

I nodded my understanding to them both and took a deep breath to prepare for what was coming next, but to be honest I knew in the back of my mind that I was going to be getting a few swats by the time this was over.

“Good. Come out here,” Jordan ordered as he stepped back into the clearing.

I stood slowly and followed him out t
