The next morning, Patricia was still burning up with fever, and Don Bruno was fretting over her condition. "Don Bruno, I need you to get me some ice. A lot of it. Fill the bathtub with it. I can't afford to miss being at the computer tonight. I'll get Stephano back for you, no matter what toll it takes on my body," Patricia insisted.
The Don tried to reason with her, reminding her that the medication needed time to work. But Patricia wouldn't hear any of it. She was a force to be reckoned with, and Don Bruno wasn't used to dealing with such a strong-willed woman who wouldn't bend to his will. Finally, he threw his hands up in resignation and ordered six large bags of ice.
