Bruno Valentino's body was loaded into the cargo hold of a military aircraft for his trip to New York. Victoria, Stephano, and Patricia were seated in the passenger compartment. Michael would not allow Harold and Callie to travel with them. They stayed in Louisiana under close guard.
Only the family was allowed at the church service, but the entourage to the Catholic cemetery in Queens was nearly a quarter of a mile long. The FBI had bomb-sniffing dogs roaming all over the cemetery area where Bruno would be laid to rest. There was a large canopy over the area of the grave, where the family would sit. Everyone was in black attire, and except for the seating arrangements, it was hard to tell who was sitting where.
