Chapter 82

Colton won a goldfish and a stuffed alligator. We would stop at the street food stalls and go back to play something else.

We tried to knock over pins and bottles, but my arm was clumsy and I had bad aim. Colton for his part, gained popularity among the people, doing little dances every time he got a new stuffed animal or another goldfish.

I soon found myself with too much to carry, and had to give away some of the prizes along the way.

My fiancé was quite in demand and striking among the girls. More than one tried to put their arms on him, but I quickly approached him and wiped the sweat from his forehead or stroked his biceps to mark territory. I couldn't quit just because the competition was tough.

After a few minutes my bladder couldn't take it anymore and I urged myself to go to the bathroom as soon as possible.

“I have to go to the bathroom,” I whispered to him as he tried to dunk plastic rings into hundreds of prize bottles.
