“Harin!” she smiles.

I can’t move, it’s strange to look at her now because the last three times we met, I ended up suffering more.

“You came…” I speak softly, taking a deep breath as she stops in front of me.

“You can sit, Mrs. Sin,” Jaewon interrupts, “the ceremony is about to start.”

“Oh, of course,” she smiles at him, getting a little closer, “I’ll go, but before that, I wanted to talk to you.”

“Mom, no,” I say, but she clicks her tongue, turning back to look at my fiancé.

“I just want to apologize to you,” she speaks directly to Jaewon. Only to Jaewon. “We’ve only met twice in a year, and both times were terrible. You are the father of my granddaughter, so we need to have a good relationship.”

Jaewon remains quiet and serious. He doesn’t say anything but looks at me.

“Do you want to give him to me, love?” he asks, reaching
