“Now…” he said, running his fingers through my hair “want to know what I did today?”

“What did you do today?”

Jae sneaked over to his bedside table, retrieving an envelope from there.

He handed it to me, his eyes full of expectations.

“What’s this?” I asked, but he asked me to open it.

I looked at the papers there, but along with them, I saw two tickets and especially a travel brochure.

“Santorini?”

“Greece” he said, biting his lower lip.

“Is it a gift for both of us?”

“It’s our honeymoon.” he said, making my eyes widen. “It will only be seven days, the children will stay with Skayla, your brother, and his husband, maybe with mom too. All to enjoy the moment alone before your tour.”

“Wow, Jae…” I looked back at the tickets “isn’t it too long? I’m already going to be away from them for so long on the tour…”

“Love” he touched my face again “I can cancel if you prefer, but I thought it would be re
