POV: Jaewon

“What’s your boyfriend doing here?”

“Oh, he’s an event organizer,” SiHo pointed to the table and sat down next to me. “He was hired to work at the bar on weekends since they always have live music and even small shows here. But he also works on other events. Last week he organized a wedding.”

“Wow, sounds cool.”

“Yeah, I tell him he’ll organize ours too,” I smiled, and saw SiHo look around. “Want to get something to drink?”

“I think so.” I reached for my wallet, but saw him deny it.

“I’ll cover the first round.”

I nodded as he got up to go to the bar. It’s strange when he leaves because I instantly feel lonely. I look around, seeing some couples and even groups of friends. The music playing is not live yet, but being close to the stage, I see the band getting ready to enter, organizing themselves.
