Chapter 56. Why?

Soren gave me a quick kiss and I could smell Victor getting stronger. I had gotten used to his smell and his presence.

"Good afternoon." Victor greeted us and then walked over to us, smiling, two tablets in his hands.

"Do you remember the exercises you did on your first day?" Soren asked.

I nodded. First stretching and then a series of exercises such as jumping jacks, squats and so on, finishing with a run.

"Perfect, Victor and I will stay here in the corner, but you can make yourself at home." Soren then sat down on one of the side benches.

I began to focus on my task, doing all the series that Skyler had shown me.
