I called Grady after we hang up, and I told her to get some rest. He was telling me that had just arrived from Sherry's.

"...but, seriously...how did she look? Is she okay?"

"She reminded me of Winston's ex, do you remember the goth chick who he used to date back in high school?"

The twins and us were neighbors when we were kids, we always hang out together and surround ourselves with the same crowds.

"She didn't finish her pizza, she looked at it for the longest time then took small bites. It wasn't like those weight watcher women, but more like the troubled kind of eating habit? I don't know what you call it..."

"Eating disorder...anorexia," I told him sighing and resting my naked back to the headboard.

"Shit man, I'm sorry. Sherry knows about it, but I think she was respecting her friend's privacy by not telling me about her issues. And I didn't push her to explain, do you want me to?"
