Chapter 37. Needy Love

"What do you mean you're staying here?"

Ian asked when morning came and they were having coffee in bed. He had asked her to pack for the city. Blair was nervous that he would be upset with her, he looked and studied her and know her expression instantly.

"Hey baby, please...I'm not mad at you. I just need an explanation. I thought you agree to marry me?"

He sighed and pulled her in for a hug, she relaxes in his arms in moments, wrapping her arms around his waist she turned to face him and lay her face on his chest.

"I want to stay here Ian, just for a couple of months. I want to find the real me, Benjamin had taken it all away from me. And now I'm marrying you and will live far from my friends again."

He hugged her tightly knowing that he would be sleeping alone tonight. He wished it would be that easy, but being apart from her was hard.
