Chapter 54

Aubrey expected that Collin would take her to a nice place but the café where he brought her was so crowded. She disliked crowds and she was disappointed. When she glanced at Collin, he looked at her apologetically.  Then, he apologized.

“I didn’t know the café would be hectic even at midnight,” Collin stated.

Aubrey sighed before speaking, “Since we are already here, we should just order some coffee.”

Collin nodded because the woman was right. Then, he grabbed one of her hands and held it tightly. Then, he proposed to do the same thing that most couples at the café did. “What do you think, Aubrey? What do you think about having our photos taken in the garden?”
