"What are you saying?" Xavier's voice came from behind them. "She got married to me so how is it that you are her only family?" he asked going to hold Jessica by the shoulders. 

"It's just that" Olivia started but trailed off when she could not defend herself. 

At that moment she felt like it was a wrong idea for her to have tried to extort them it seemed like they were not going to be moved by her ridiculous tactics. 

"Jessica can you take Papa upstairs I would like to have a conversation with your aunt here" 

"But..." 

"Oh don't worry and just take him upstairs. It is nothing serious and I can assure you that I will be up soon" he said cutting her off. 

Jessica nodded and went to stand behind Dawson's chair she turned in the direction. To be honest with herself she was greatly uninterested in being in her aunt's presence. She had had enough of her for a week and she had spent just a day. Jessica could not deny that
