Chapter 129. Are You Crying?

“Dave, let go of me, or I’ll get really upset!” Tears welled up in Bianca’s eyes.

“If I let you go, will you still be upset?” Dave asked softly.

Normally confident, he now felt lost, unsure how to mend things and make her stop resenting him.

Bianca stood there, visibly upset, biting her lip. She was clearly angry that he hadn’t trusted her and had secretly followed her.

Seeing Bianca’s frown and her silent, emotional stance, Dave realized she was upset regardless of whether he let go of her or not.

In an effort to calm her anger, Dave bowed his head and gently, yet firmly, kissed her lips, trying to convey his regret through the kiss.

Bianca’s eyes widened in shock. Instead of explaining or apologizing for his actions, he kissed her forcefully. How could he do that?
