This was not the first time I was working in my study on a Wednesday, but this was the first time I was working in my study on a Wednesday and felt incredibly bored.

Before Rachel came back into my life, working never bored me.

I was a working machine, always doing one thing or the other, but once Rachel came in, the life that I deemed to be normal started to feel boring

I started to want more, to want more with her, and now more than ever, that actually seemed possible.

I put down my pen swiveling my chair slightly while leaning back.

Things were going great, so great that it got me worried.

It seems like everything bothering Rachel is about to end, another problem unravels, one even bigger than the last, and I had this feeling that it was not over yet.

The more time it took to find Lana's killer, the more worried I was.

How good of a hider was he or she perhaps? I groaned shutting and opening my eyes simultaneously
