Chapter 59. It Was a Prop

A few weeks later

Rachel's POV

"And that's a wrap." The director announced as I got off the stage. Today was my last day acting in the film, the part where Agnes is mistaken as Mara and is killed by Joyce's hired killer.

So far everything was going great, just that the director just decided to change how I died.

"Director George, please wait up." I called after him jogging quickly to catch up with him.

"Yes, how can I help you, Ms Andrew?" He asked, turning back to face me, his one hand on his glasses, lowering them down so he could view my face.

"Sir, the thing is, Marina just informed me of the change in the script, the part where Agnes dies..."

"Yes? What about it?" He interrupted impatiently. His tone and demeanor showed that he was in a hurry, but yet I just had to ask.

"The script now says Agnes dies by a stray gunshot while Mara escapes."

"Ok?"

Was this man not getting my point?

"The gunshot? The bullet!"
