Chapter 76. Betrayal
Everyone in Planet Z hates Ail’s guts. Those he thinks he can rely on her even the ones close to him that could easily eliminate him.
The maiden missed Ail’s abdomen. That’s where she had targeted, but Ail was lucky to see the dagger come towards him; he had to dodge the stab. However, the maiden didn’t miss entirely; she stabbed Ail in his thigh before he could entirely move away from her.
He crawled down from the bed. Heavy pain was upon him. “Why?”
The maiden didn’t show any remorse for what she had done. She had no pity on him. Walking toward Ail to finish what she has started. “I should have ended you before now. You think I drive joy that you ride me, you ugly fellow?”
Ail was overwhelmed with deep sorrow and pain that he didn’t see this coming. Dragging himself up with his hand placed on the area he has been stabbed to avoid bleeding out, he cast a stone face gaze on the maiden. “Was it my son that sent you? Are you working for the council?” he sounded
