Chapter 97. Feeling the Mate Bond Finally

My head felt heavy as my eyes fluttered open. I could feel pain in my joints too, and I wondered why. What the hell happened to me? Why do I feel pain? 

“Hi?” Something greeted me inside my head, making me jump up in fright.

“Seriously? Drama queen, much? How in the world am I scaring you? It’s me, RIA.” My wolf said inside my head, and I could only laugh.

The memories of last night came rushing in, and I had to sit up straight immediately. Wait a minute, I seriously got back my wolf and powers last night. Oh my goodness, I can’t believe this. 

I started jumping up and down happily on the bed. Tears stung in my eyes, and I cried. I cried happily and just continued to let the tears flow. For the first time in a really long time, I felt fulfilled within myself.<
