“Alright girls, enough cuddling already. I need you, girls, to go and check on Ciara and find out how she is doing. Doctor Fred said she is lost in her head, she seems to have crawled into her head, seeking a safe space from reality. I know it may sound rude, but I need her to be okay, I need her to come back to reality. She may never recover fully if she remains that way, she needs to be around family and friends, and she needs to feel loved and accepted. That is the only way she would get out of that hospital bed.” 

“And are you saying this because you truly care about her and you want her to get better, or are you trying to make sure she gets better so you can take her to the city and visit Lorenzo?” I asked him with a frown, looking deep into his eyes.

“Don’t fucking start that with me now, you know I would do anything to end this war. If you aren’t tired of running around in circles, well, I am. I need to end this war so we can all go back to our l
