Claire's POV

I snarled at him, "You're right, so don't do that!" I don't feel like it. So just tell me what you want. And how did you get back into Hunter's land? As far as I know, he sent more people to patrol the border.

Dylan gave a little shoulder shrug. "I'm a Lycan cutie, and I know how to do things. I thought you wanted to leave this place. From him?" He said it with a sly grin on his face.

I didn't say anything because I didn't know what to say. At first, I did want to get away from Hunter, but as things changed, so did my decision.

I wasn't sure what I wanted anymore, especially after seeing him with Evelyn.

Dylan raised a brow. "Oh, have we decided differently now? Have you changed how you feel about him?" He puckered his lips and asked.

I got back on track. "No, I still think that way." I lied and said, "I still want to leave here, especially to get away from him, but I don't want your help!"
